One of the best things happening in Savannah are real estate investors purchasing and renovating all of these great homes between Waters Avenue (west) and Truman Parkway (east) and between Victory Drive (south) and Wheaton Street (north). Another area that is experiencing great improvements are east and west of Pennsylvania Avenue and east and west of Skidaway Road just north of Victory Drive. These neighborhoods are very conveniently located to downtown, midtown, and the islands.
